Booking Credit:
-In order to receive a credit, the booking must be cancelled no later than 48h before the scheduled pick up time, unless Extended Cancellation was purchased.
-Any refund owed for a canceled booking, paid partially or entirely using BookingCredit™, will be issued as BookingCredit™.
-The BookingCredit™ is eligible for use in any prepayment made on EconomyBookings and is valid for one or multiple bookings.
-The BookingCredit™, which represents the funds in E-Wallet, will remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance to the Renter. After this two-year period, the BookingCredit™ will expire and become non-refundable.
-To apply the BookingCredit™ to a new booking, the Renter should input the same email address used for the original booking in the driver details section. The BookingCredit™ should be applied manually as a prepayment for a new booking on the last (payment) step.
Withdrawal:
The Renter may request a withdrawal if:
-The Renter has canceled a booking with the Company more than 48 hours before pick up time.
-The Renter’s booking was canceled within the last six (6) months.
-Withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically [21] business days.
Please note, if the reservation was cancelled within 48 hours from the moment the reservation was created, the customer will get a full refund back to original payment method. If the reservation was cancelled more than 48 hours from the moment the reservation was created, the amount refunded will have 2 rental days excluded. If the reservation was for the perioid of 2 rental days, the customer will not get a refund to original payment method.
