Questions & Answers
Question: If a client changes the main driver name with RC at the time of the pick up, will our Full Coverage still work for them in case of damages?
Answer: Full coverage is tied to the reservation number, not to the driver name, so in this case Full Coverage still applies.

ENG TEXT
Why your Full Coverage doesn't cover the full excess?
Yes, our insurance is called Full Coverage.
Because in most countries it fully covers the deductible of the rental car!
In most countries in Europe, the excess is often less than 1700 Euros
That's why it covers such amount and that's why our insurance has got this name :)
Regarding Australia and New Zealand. Yes, dear customer, these countries have higher excess.
(we can say that there are more cases there...therefore the risk is higher.... and the excess is higher)
But we offer you to buy for VERY reasonable money insurance against such minor troubles as: scratches, damage to windows, tires and other parts of the rented car.
From the latest information - these are the most common damages, for which then have to pay customers in times MORE!
And then, dear client, I hope you're a responsible driver?! You don't plan to completely wreck your car, do you?!
Because only in case of complete damage to the car, after which it will no longer be restorable or stolen - you will have to pay the full amount .....
And if it is a minor trouble - you will be charged by the hire company, according to their estimation and repair rates. But within your excess. I remind you that for minor damages, as a rule, the amount we have indicated is enough !
It is up to you to choose whether you want to insure your risk for 1700 euros or whether you will be ready to pay for it yourself!
OTHER TYPES OF INSURANCES:
OCTA or TPL-Third Party Liability - compulsory motor third party liability insurance. TPL covers damage caused by the insured car to another person's property, health or life.
CASCO (Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection) is an insurance contract that already indemnifies for damage caused to your car. It is a voluntary type of insurance. It does not matter whether the policyholder is the perpetrator of the accident or not.
