When client wants to amend but less than 48h to pick up time

4.5.Modifications
4.5.1.
If the Renter wants to modify the booking, e.g. dates or pick-up and/or drop-off location, car class, etc., the Renter needs to cancel the current booking and make a new one. Please note that any modification may result in a change in rental price for which the Company is not responsible. The amount paid by the Renter for the initial booking will be available in the E-Wallet provided that the Renter cancels the booking not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, and the Renter can use it to pay for a new booking.
Modifications must be made 48 and more hours prior to the initial pick up time, as currently your booking does not meet this requirement, we cannot make any changes
to the booking, in this case I can only send an email to the rental company asking them to modify the booking, BUT unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the rental company will agree to the changes
(Please take any detail that may be necessary from the client and confirm the possible changes with them, e.g. (if it is a flight delay and cx wants to pick it up later) -could you please provide your flight number and your ETA (estimated time of arrival).
Send an email to the rental company right after your call to the client, make sure you have placed all the necessary information correctly and sent the email to the correct rental company/location.
