!! PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW HOW TO AMEND/CHANGE THE RESERVATION !!
Firstly you need to cancel the reservation, please check the instructions below.
For your convenience, pictures with examples will be presented below.
Step #1: Open our website using this link: https://www.economybookings.com/ and make sure to register your account.
Step #2: When you Sign In please look for setting Bookings.
Step #3: Then you will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings, click on the green button "Overview".
Step #4: Scroll down you will find two buttons - click on "CANCEL".
Step #5: Click on "Free cancellation & Receive xxx EUR Credit".(and select currency)
Step #6: You will see the message "Booking canceled".
After Cancelation.
Please check the instruction below on how to use E-WALLET:
Step #1: Proceed to your DASHBOARD.
Step #2: Please find the section E-WALLET and then "USE MY CREDIT".
You will be able to make a search for a new reservation.
Step #3: On the payment step, please, choose "E-Wallet" on the left side under the total price and apply it.
!! PLEASE NOTE !!
!!! E-Wallet Balance can only be used to make online payments. When choosing a car with partial prepayment, the e-balance will cover only part of the amount to be paid online!!!
If the due payment is higher than your e-wallet amount you need to pay the difference with your credit card.

less than 48h without Extended Cancellation:
Dear customer,
According to our Modification policy (paragraph 4.5) , all amendments must be made 48 and more hours prior to the initial pick up time, as currently your booking does not meet this requirement, we cannot make any changes to the booking, in this case I can only send an email to the rental company asking them to modify the booking, BUT unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the rental company will agree to the changes as the grace period for holding the car is 1 hour.
(Please take any detail that may be necessary from the client and confirm the possible changes with them, e.g. (if it is a flight delay and cx wants to pick it up later) -could you please provide your flight number and your ETA (estimated time of arrival).
(Send an email to the rental company right after your call to the client, make sure you have placed all the necessary information correctly and sent the email to the correct rental company/location).
We also advise you to contact the rental agency directly using the phone number provided in your rental voucher as this may increase the chances of your request being processed. Would you like me to give you the phone number?
