Thank you for your request.
According to our Cancellation & Refund policy:
You can get a full refund in the form of a Booking Credit to E-Wallet or to Your original payment method, if you cancel the booking 48 Hours from the moment the reservation was created and paid. If you can cancel the reservation after 48 Hours from the moment your reservation was created, you can get the full refund only in the form of Booking credit and the refund to you original payment method will be subject to the fee in the amount of 2 days of the rental.The Booking Credit can be used for your next rental for 2 years from the moment of issue.
If you cancel the booking less than 48h before pick-up time, unfortunately, there is no refund, unless you have purchased a Extended Cancellation which allows you to keep money as Booking Credit on E-Wallet.
Please also keep in mind that bookings made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.

If client has purchased Last Minute Cancellation:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your request.
According to the article of Cancellation policy:
11.5. If you have purchased Last Minute Cancellation and cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to pick-up, you will receive in your E-Wallet the full amount paid, excluding the cost of Last Minute Cancellation.
In all other cases, beside cancelling the reservation before 48 Hours from the moment the reservation was created, the full refund to the credit card is not available.
