Please follow the cancellation instruction below:
1. Please go to the website of EconomyBookings.com and make sure you have registered an account.
2. When you Sign In please find the Bookings section
3. You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings, click on the green button "Overview"
4. By scrolling down you will find the button "CANCEL" - continue with the cancellation
5. Click on Free Cancellation & Receive xxx EUR Credit
6. You will see the message "Booking canceled"
7. You will receive an email with the information the booking was canceled.
8. You will receive another email about Your Wallet was created
Withdrawal to original payment method, if the reservation was cancelled within 48 hours from the moment reservation was created and more than 48 hours before pickup time:
1. Open the message in E-mail inbox "Your E-Wallet has been credited with XXXXXX"
2. Scroll down, until you find a text with a blue information icon and have a phrase "Follow this link" which marked in blue.
3. On the opened page, press "Card Refund"
4. In the E-mail inbox, open a new message called "Confirm Withdrawal"
5. Press button "Confirm Withdrawal"
Regards to the condition, written in the start of this instructions, you will get the full refund to your original payment method
Withdrawal to original payment method, if the reservation was cancelled more than 48 hours from the moment the reservation was created and more than 48 hours before the pickup time:
1. Open the message in E-mail inbox "Your E-Wallet has been credited with XXXXXX"
2. Scroll down, until you find a text with a blue information icon and have a phrase "Follow this link" which marked in blue.
3. On the opened page, press "Card Refund"
4. In the E-mail inbox, open a new message called "Confirm Withdrawal"
5. Press button "Confirm Withdrawal"
Regards to the condition, written in the start of this instructions, you will get a refund excluding the amount of 2 rental days
