Interactions --> Calls - we can find recorded calls and listen to them. To find a call we can use filters.
Employees - to change status, and login in Softphone (to make calls)
Your status at the beginning of your shift and throughout it (can make a calls and receive a calls)
Status what you apply when you are writing lengthy comment or email (can make calls, but cant receive incoming calls)
Status during lunch breaks ( can't get incoming or outgoing calls )
Do not disturb (status during your mini breaks, meetings and technical issues, can't get incoming or outgoing calls)
For outgoing calls only
Status when you are not working - you are switching to this one at the end of your shift ( can't get incoming or outgoing calls)
