If you need to cancel the reservation and withdraw money, please check the instructions below. Please note, if the reservation
was cancelled within the 48 hours from the moment the reservation was created and paid, you will get a full refund to your
original payment. Otherwise, the amount you will get to the original payment method will be subject to a fee in the amount
of 2 rental days
1. Please go to the website of EconomyBookings.com and make sure you have registered an account.
2. When you Sign In please find the Bookings section
3. You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings, chose “accepted”, find booking and click on the green button "Overview"
4. By scrolling down you will find the button "CANCEL" - continue with the cancellation
5. Click on Free Cancellation & Receive xxx EUR Credit
6. You will see the message "Booking canceled"
7. You will receive an email with the information the booking was “canceled”
8. You will receive another email about “Your Wallet was credited”
9. On the bottom of email, you will see LINK, which is clickable - you need to click on it
10. Press button “ Card refund ”
11. You will receive a verification email - please click on “confirm”
12. If everything is correct - you will see a “Thank You!” on our main web page

Please note that in this case you will not be able to withdraw the funds to your original payment method and can only use them for future rentals.

less than 48h without Extended Cancellation:
Dear customer,
According to our Modification policy (paragraph 4.5) , all amendments must be made 48 and more hours prior to the initial pick up time, as currently your booking does not meet this requirement, we cannot make any changes to the booking, in this case I can only send an email to the rental company asking them to modify the booking, BUT unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the rental company will agree to the changes as the grace period for holding the car is 1 hour.
(Please take any detail that may be necessary from the client and confirm the possible changes with them, e.g. (if it is a flight delay and cx wants to pick it up later) -could you please provide your flight number and your ETA (estimated time of arrival).
(Send an email to the rental company right after your call to the client, make sure you have placed all the necessary information correctly and sent the email to the correct rental company/location).
We also advise you to contact the rental agency directly using the phone number provided in your rental voucher as this may increase the chances of your request being processed. Would you like me to give you the phone number?

To do this, you will need to cancel your current booking in your User Profile and make a new one.

Step #2: When you Sign In please look for setting Bookings.
Step #3: Then you will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings, click on the green button "Overview".

Step #1: Proceed to your DASHBOARD.
Step #2: Please find the section E-WALLET and then "USE MY CREDIT".
You will be able to make a search for a new reservation.
Step #3: On the payment step, please, choose "E-Wallet" on the left side under the total price and apply it.

Can I cancel a booking which was never picked up after pick up time for me?

We would like to inform You, that we are not able to cancel the booking after pick up time, and there will be no refund, as it will be considered as a no-show, according to our terms and conditions, article 4.6., which you have read and agreed, please see below:

4.6.The Company has the right to deny a refund in the event of a No-show that is considered as:
4.6.2 Failure to collect a car at the date and time provided in the Confirmation voucher.

What is Economy Bookings cancellation policy?
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your request.
This is the cancellation policy according to our terms and conditions:
4.2.5. You may cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund within 48 hours after confirmation. The booking will be refunded to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings.
If you cancel your booking later than 48 hours after confirmation and up to 48 hours before pick-up you still can receive a 100% refund to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method, you will be charged an administration fee in amount equivalent to the price of 2 (two) rental days including rental car rate and purchased additional products. If your rental duration is 2 days and less, you will receive no refund to the original payment method.
4.2.6. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up time, no refund will be provided.
4.2.9. Bookings made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.
If have purchased Extended Cancellation
11.5. Extended Cancellation is not valid if you cancel your booking less than one hour before pick-up. When you cancel your booking, the price of Extended Cancellation remains non-refundable. If you have purchased Extended Cancellation and cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to pick-up, you will receive in your E-Wallet the full amount paid, excluding the cost of Extended Cancellation. Please note that in this case you will not be able to withdraw the funds to your original payment method and can only use them for future rentals.
