Nick Robertson attends Albert Einstein Academy of North Olmsted as a senior this school year. The eighteen year old will begin his third school year at AEA and has attended since the 2020 school year. He started at AEA during virtual school, which he found a challenge.
“Virtual learning is hard when you’re at home because you can go off into a different room and do whatever, but when you’re at school you have nothing else to do besides work,” Nick Robertson said.
This will be Robertson’s first year in publications and he is most looking forward to working on the yearbook. He doesn’t have any preconceived ideas for the yearbook.
“I’m just excited to work on it,” Robertson said.
Another thing Robertson looks forward to about school this year is participating and helping in his favorite class, physical education.
He has big plans for after high school. He looks forward to continuing his education at a trade school.
“I want to become an electrician, go to a trade school and learn that trade,” he said.
Robertson is enthusiastic about listening to music, especially his favorite band Rage Against the Machine.
Outside of school, he enjoys playing music and hanging out with his friends. Together, they enjoy relaxing, having bonfires, and listening to music along with other activities.
Robertson’s biggest inspiration is his father.
“[He] gives me good advice and is a good role model in life,” he said.
If Robertson could meet any famous person he would choose to meet Kurt Cobain.
“I would ask him to jam out with me,” he said.
Robertson shared that he would like the readers of this article to know that he has a laid-back personality and looks forward to building positive connections with his classmates before graduating this year.
