Emmie Dautel, a 17-year-old student, attends Albert Einstein Academy. She is in her second year at AEA and started here in her junior year.

While attending school she also has a job. She works at First Friend Learning Academy, employed as a daycare assistant. Though that's not what she usually does.

“I mainly just entertain kids 'cause I’m only there for a few hours after school,” Dautel said.

She also dances and is in Colorguard. She has been dancing for 14 years and completed her first season in Colorguard.

She was originally born in Texas and then moved to Ohio when she was 2 years old.

“I’ve been in Brunswick ever since we left Texas,” Dautel said.

Dautel has a guinea pig named Zuka and a hamster named Tula.
