Justin Drew Bieber is a 27-year-old Canadian music artist, born on March 1st, 1994 at St, Joseph’s Hospital, London, Canada. His talent was discovered when record executive, Scooter Braun, accidentally stumbled upon a video of Beiber singing on YouTube. Later, Scooter went to see Beiber at a school he was performing at and then contacted his mother. One week later he was off to Atlanta and started singing with singer, Usher. Bieber was only 13 at the time he was discovered.
In 2009 at the age of 15, he released his first song “One Time,” which had close to 400 million views soon after it was released. A few months later on November 17, 2009, he released his first album, “My World.” In 2010 he released his first debut album, “My World 2.0,” which featured his hit single “Baby.” After that, he became the youngest solo male artist right after Stevie Wonder to top the U.S Billboard 200 in over 45 years. From there Beiber’s career just went up. In February 2011 he released his movie, “Never Say Never,” which features his sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden which was a huge success at that age. Afterwards, he went on his first world tour.
Beiber had many successes, but in 2012, he became reckless. He had many issues with the law, and in late January of 2014, he was stopped for reckless driving. He was drag racing on a Miami Beach street, pulled over, and resisted everything the officer was asking him to do. The officer claimed he was driving drunk, and Beiber claimed he was not but might have had a drink earlier in the day. He claimed he was completely sober, started to cuss out the cop, and kept reaching into his pockets. When the cop asked him to put his hands behind his back, he refused and was then forcefully arrested. He tested positive for having marijuana, Xanax, and alcohol in his system. He was then charged with DUI and had his license suspended.
Beiber spent some time to himself getting his life on track after getting out of jail. He had many problems with his former girlfriend, Selena Gomez, and hid away from the world for a while. Later in November of 2015, he released his album “Purpose,” that featured hit songs “Sorry,” “What Do You Mean,” and “Love Yourself.” Following that he went on a world tour with the dropping of his album. His “Purpose” album features deep songs about his life and getting his life back on track after going through many issues. Towards the end of his tour, with 14 shows left, he canceled his tour due to “unforeseen circumstances.” After canceling the rest of his tour he disappeared from the media until September 13th, 2018 when he shared that he got married to model Hailey Baldwin. Afterwards, he announced that he was working on a new album which was released in 2020 called, “Changed.” He released a world tour with the album which ended up getting canceled with plans to be rescheduled due to Covid. He recently released an album called, “Justice” on March, 19th, 2021. He is now trying to figure out ways to go on tour again with the release of his album.
