Our Week in 4K

Monday:

*No School

Tuesday:

*Our letter this week is Ss, our number is 11, and the Word of the Week is “where.” *This week in small group we are drawing a rabbit, being reporters who count animals, and writing the letter S. *We read Pete the Cat, A Pet for Pete. Ask me what pet Pete got.

Thursday:

*We identified the food that different pets or farm animals eat by using our special document camera. *We read Cookie’s Week. Ask me what animal Cookie is. *In art class we colored patterns.

Friday:

*We watched 3 video clips of pets eating food. *We reread Cookie’s Week and tried to remember all of the crazy trouble Cookie got into. *We made a Pete the Cat picture with our handprint.

Next Week:

We will be learning about the letter Jj and the number 12. Our new theme is Dr. Seuss and rhyming.
