Since march 2023 all stores are available in the same location in Magento. We can see all orders from all countries.
It takes maximum 3 minutes to see new orders placed on the shops in Magento.
Before march, every country had their own login/backend. Switching between stores was necessary.
WPNL orders from before the merge, can be recognized by order numbers starting with WPNL100. Orders in the new magento, start with WPNL1100.
All other countries now start with WP + 2 letter countrycode (e.g. WPBE/WPFR/WPDE)
If you cannot find the order, please check the archive.
Go to Sales and select Archive orders.
On the next page, filters can be used to find the order (e.g. purchase point, dates etc)
If needed, click in the order on Move to Order Management to move the order to the current orders.
