Some changes are possible only before shipping the parcel.
Procedures are explained below and in the Systems chapter
The billing adress can be changed at any time by clicking on Edit in Magento, make the changes and click on Save Order Address
Please send the customer a new invoice with the correct adress
This depends on the status of the order.
Status Complete in Magento: order has already been handled/shipped. Not possible to change the address.
All orders that are not in Monta jet (e.g. Pending Payment): the address can be changed in Magento without consequences for the shipment

Changing into a parcelshop: can only be done in Monta. See Systems - Monta - Change Address for more details
Changing the carrier: can only be done in Monta. See Systems - Monta - Change Address for more details

It is not possible to change the order in Magento into a Parcelshop delivery.

It is not possible to change the shipper in Magento
Please check with an experienced colleague what the possible shippers are for your country as there are frequent changes and the list in Monta may not be correct
