Veterinary Assistant/Tech/Medicine

Crista Kowalski '14 earned a canine training and behavior specialist certification (C.C.T.B.S.) from Animal Behavior Institute in 2019. She is a health behavior coordinator for the Humane Society of Washington County in MD. 

Elise Martin '14  is  a veterinary assistant at Fuzzy Pet Health in San Francisco and a self-employed registered yoga teacher.

Melissa Graybeal '11 worked as a veterinary technician for a year post-graduation (she had been in the position for two years prior). She is now pursuing a PhD in Animal Science at UMCP and is a graduate research assistant.

Kelli (Hill) Swanson '10 is a client relations coordinator for Patton Veterinary Hospital and a consultant for The Pampered Chef.

Judy Songrady Logan '09 moved to Hungary in 2013 to study veterinary science at Szent István Egyetem - SZIE. She decided to withdraw from the program and is self-employed as a private English  tutor and veterinary anatomy tutor. She is married to Trevor Logan '09 (a bio major) who was also in the veterinary program but is now pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Nicole Little '02 earned a DVM from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She is a veterinarian for Banfield Pet Hospital in the Portland Area.
