Evan Polisar '09 worked for Rep. Alcee L. Hastings of the United States House of Representatives for just under 8 years, serving in multiple roles. He started as a legislative assistant and press secretary, progressed to communications director and senior legislative assistant, and in his last role was senior legislative assistant and rules committee associate. He is now the director of public affairs at General Atomics in the San Diego, CA area.
