Kathleen Anderson earned a MA in Counseling and College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University in 1982. Paul LeBuffe earned a MS in experimental psychology from Bryn Mawr College in 1980. Now retired, Paul spent 37 years (1980-2017) at The Devereux Foundation (now Devereux Behavioral Health) as a Research Psychologist, Director of the Institute of Clinical Training and Research, and Director of the Devereux Center for Resilient Children. He spent the last five years of his career (2018-2022) as VP of Research and Development for Aperture Education. He is married to Penny Folts '78.
