Aryn Wilson '24 is a facility attendant for Charles County (MD) Government and a behavior technician at Personalized Therapy, LLC. She plans to pursue graduate studies in occupational therapy.

Hailey Mowery '22 is a registered behavioral technician  at Personalized Therapy, LLC in Lexington Park, MD.

Kamryn Ring '22 earned a MEd in  ABA from Arizona State University in 2024.  She is a registered behavioral technician (RBT) at Personalized Therapy in Lexington Park.

Kara Cianflone '21 earned a registered behavior technician (RBT) certification from Florida Institute of Technology in 2018, worked as an RBT at Personalized Therapy, LLC while at SMCM. She earned an OTD at Shenandoah University in 2025, and is a behavioral therapist at Personalized Therapy in California, MD.

Ryan Ganslaw '21 is a behavioral health technician at Sandstone Care. 

Emma McMurrer '21 earned a MS in Psychology with specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2023, and BCBA certification in 2024. She is a BCBA and RBT at Positive Behavior Supports Corp.

Anna Kronheim '20 is an ABA instructor at Ivymount School in Rockville, MD. She plans to earn a graduate degree in psychology and become a child psychologist.

Joshua Akwara '19 is a full-time education assistant at Sheppard Pratt and part-time behavioral health technician at Attentive Behavior Care.

Elijiah Baroncinni '19 first worked as a registered behavior technician at Achieving True Self in the Baltimore area upon graduation from SMCM. He is now an assembly technician for Thorlabs.

Rita Druffner '18 earned a MA in Human Services Psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis) from University of Maryland Baltimore and BCBA certification in 2021. She is pursuing a PhD in School Psychology at Mississippi State University.  Her research interests include the assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders and post-secondary transition planning for individuals with disabilities. 

Grace Headley '18 earned a MS in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in 2021, and a Board Certified Behavior Analysist certification in  shortly afterwards. She is a BCBA at at APPLE Consulting, PLLC in WA.

Kelley Stewart '17 earned a Registered Behavioral Technician certification from BACB in 2018, and a MAT in Special Education from Notre Dame of Maryland 2021. She is a full-time school behavioral support specialist for Sheppard Pratt and a part-time behavioral health technician for ABA Therapy Solutions, LLC.

Mary Rose Winters '17  earned a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialty in brain injury from the Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute at Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2020, and a BCBA certification in 2021.  She is pursuing a PhD in Autism Studies at Towson University  where she is a graduate research assistant. She is also a BCBA at Skillful Steps ABA in Baltimore, MD.

Christina Wondoloski '17 earned a MAT from SMCM in 2018. She is a social emotional behavior coach and interventionist at St. Mary's County Public Schools at Carver Elementary.

David Adashek '16 is a registered behavior technician at Achieving True Self in the Baltimore, MD area.

Emily Stumpfig '16 is a registered behavior technician for the Progress & Learning Autism Network (Plan) in Frederick, MD. 

Katherine Nicollini '16 earned a MS in Special Education  and Teaching, ABA from Penn State University in 2020. She is a special education teacher, senior teaching assistant,  and ABA instructor at Ivymount Corporation. 

Drew Belsinger '15 earned a MS in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. He is a coordinator of behavior supports for Chicago Public Schools.

Jessie Nolasco-Sandino '15 served as a community health volunteer for the Peace Corps stationed in Asunción, Paraguay for nearly three years after graduation from SMCM. She is pursuing a MSW from Universitty of Maryland, Baltimore with an expected graduation in 2022. She a clicical social work intern with Sheppard Pratt and an ABA therapist for Brighter Strides ABA in Gaithersburd, MD. She is happy to speak to anyone interested in the ABA field.

Shannon (Fitzpatrick) Burns '12 earned a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2016. She is a BCBA at Acorn Health in MD.

Brittany (Lena) Nicodemus '12 earned a MA in Counseling Psychology (Expressive Arts) at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2015.  A LMFT, she is a trauma-informed therapist working with both children and adults in CA using an approach that combines humanistic and feminist psychology. In May 2019, she began pursuing an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University  with the intent to become a BCBA.

Kaitlin "Kiki" (Gaylor) Kavanaugh '11 earned a MS in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University of Maryland in 2015. She is a licensed psychological associate at Kennedy Krieger Institute. 

Maurine Obi '11 is a family caseworker II at the Baltimore City Department of Social Services and an independent contractor ABA therapist in the DC Metro area.

Julie Gunther '10 is a one-to-one instructional therapist for Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children.

Heather DeMarr '09 earned a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2012. She is a BCBA at Child Development Assessments and Therapies, LLC in VA.

Kaitlin Taylor '08 earned a MS in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in 2011.  She is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) for Lynn Public Schools in the greater Boston area.

Natasha Bailey '06 earned a MEd in Special Education and teacher certification from UMCP in 2008, a PhD in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Autism/Early Childhood from University of Missouri Columbia in 2015, and a PhD in Special Education from Northcentral University in 2020. She is a BCBA for Autism Center in Missouri.

Amanda (Lamont) Link '05 earned a MA in Clinical Psychology from Towson University in 2007, and a post-graduate certificate in applied behavior analysis from University of Texas in 2013. Amanda worked for Sheppard Pratt Health System in one of their nonpublic special education programs for nearly 8 years after completing her Master's degree.  In February 2014, she was credentialed as a BCBA and in August 2022 she became a LGPC.  She is a behavior analyst and counselor/regional behavior services manager for Sheppard Pratt Schools.

Caron Ellzey Inglis '99 earned a MS in School Psychology from Syracuse University in 2007. She is a school psychologist and Crisis Prevention Institute  (CPI) instructor for Los Alamos (NM) Public Schools. A BCBA, she is also the owner of Los Alamos Behavior Support Services, LLC,  providing behavioral support services to youth, families, and schools in northern New Mexico.
