Class of 2020

Vera Armstead earned a MS in Clinical Social Work from University of Maryland, Baltimore, and passed her licensing exam to become a LMSW in 2022. She is a mental health therapist at Anne Arundel County Department of Health. She is also a marketing associate for the Armstead-Barnhill Foundation for Sickle Cell Anemia. 

Makenna Bradford relocated to London in 2023. Prior to doing so she served as a self-employed brand ambassador and a logistics coordinator for Cita Logistics, LLC. She is now a shipping specialist for AcelorMittal.

Andrea Cabrera-Munoz earned a MAT from SMCM in 2021. She is an elementary school teacher for St. Mary's County Public Schools.

Victoria Chang is pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience at University of Colorado - Denver - Anschutz Medical Campus where she is a professional research assistant. She was the 2024 recipient of the Don Stabile Alumni Doctoral Scholarship.

Taylor Curp earned a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Capella University in 2023, and obtained SHRM-CP certification in 2024. She is a people operations specialist at Ansel Health.

Ceara Daugherty presented her SMP at the Society for Social and Psychology Virtual Symposium in February 2021. She is rehabilitation specialist at Arundel Lodge and later plans to get a PhD in psychology. 

Dominique Davenport earned a MS in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University in 2023. A LGPC, she is a mental health clinician at The Wright Mindset LC in MD.  

Andrea Deleonibus is pursuing a BSN from University of Maryland, Baltimore with an expected graduation in December 2023. She is a clinical nursing extern at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Asia Dofat is pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience from Virginia Tech University with an expected graduation in 2026. She studies the sex differences in dopaminergic modulation of food reward in the Howe Lab at VT.

Lillian Folts worked as laboratory animal research assistant at the Center for the Epigenetic Research in Child Health and Brain Development at the UMD School of Medicine Baltimore for a couple years after graduation from SMCM. She is now pursuing a PhD in the Cell Biology, Stem Cells, and Development Biology Program at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus with an expected graduation 2027.

Max Groen earned an EdM in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Boston University in 2022, and became a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® in 2024. He is a head mental health and performance counselor at Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut.

Jay Hammett earned a DPT at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2024. He is a physical therapist at True Sports Physical Therapy in MD.

Madeline Henline is pursuing a MS in Counseling Psychology at Hood College. She is a direct support professional at Target Community & Educational Service, Inc and cashier at Westminster Car Wash & Detailing.

Rebecca Johnson earned a MAT from SMCM in 2021. She is a teacher for St. Mary's County Public Schools.

Mary Beth Kappert is pursuing a MAT at UMBC. She is a preschool teacher at Glen Mar ELC.

Anna Kronheim is an applied behavior analysis instructor at Ivymount School in Rockville, MD. She plans to earn a graduate degree in psychology and become a child psychologist.

Angel Reyes earned a MPS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at University of Maryland, College Park in 2022. He is a human resources associate at Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board in Washington, D.C.

Christina Miller is pursuing a MSW specializing in Social Change and Leadership at Salisbury University. They are a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Center for Prevention and Early Intervention. 

Madeleine Morris is a crisis hotline specialist at Community Crisis Services, Inc. in MD.

Alex Rennich earned a MS in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology with a concentration in counseling psychology at University of Baltimore in 2023, and plans to become a LPC. She is an intern/student clinician at Renewal Counseling Center, Inc. and a crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line. 

Kaitlin Scott earned a MS in Gerontology at McDaniel College in 2022. She is a center connection specialist at Baltimore County Department of Aging.

Abri Segal earned a MPH in Environmental Health Studies at University of Maryland in 2023. She is a health scientist at ICF in the Washington, DC-Baltimore area.

Rebecca Sonnenberg earned a MAT from SMCM in 2021. She is a kindergarten teacher at St. Mary's County Public Schools.

Kendall Zacker earned a MSW at Salisbury University in 2022. She is a LMSW at the Shephard Pratt  Adolescent Unit of the Baltimore/Washington Campus.

Kaitlyn Zielstorf is a project control specialist at KBR, Inc. She plans to work towards project management.
