Katie Agate is a finance senior associate at Throughline, Inc.

Christiana Anderson is pursuing a MA in Counseling Psychology ay Hood College with an expected graduation in 2025. She is a front desk staff member at Sportrock Climbing Centers.

Jackie Barnett earned a MAT from  SMCM in 2022. She is a second grade teacher for Frederick County Public Schools.

Erika Blair went abroad to teach English in Japan following graduation. She is pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. Working with Dr. Kirk Brown, whose research focuses on the role of mindfulness in individual and collective wellbeing, Erika hopes to study the potential that mindfulness has to encourage prosocial and pro-environmental behavior.

Katherine Bradshaw earned her MAT from SMCM in 2022. She is an elementary art teacher for Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

Chloe Delaney is an executive administrative coordinator at Gallup.

Kara Cianflone earned a registered behavior technician (RBT) certification from Florida Institute of Technology in 2018, worked as an RBT at Personalized Therapy, LLC while at SMCM. She earned an OTD at Shenandoah University in 2025, and is an occupational therapist at Personalized Therapy in California, MD.

Dominique Davenport is pursuing a MS in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University with an expected graduation in 2023.

Hannah Dietrich earned an OTD at Mary Baldwin University in 2024. She is an occupational therapist at Personalized Therapy in California, MD.

Kylie Duncan earned a MAT from  SMCM in 2022. She is a first grade teacher for St. Mary's County Public Schools.

Inés Garofolo is a neurogenetics research technician at Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Ariel Graham earned a MS in Counseling Psychology at Frostburg University in 2024.

Kelsey Harrington earned a MAT from SMCM  in 2022.

Shantavia Hart-Green is a residential advisor for Department of Juvenile Services in Baltimore County, MD.

Madeleine Hoffman is a division coordinator and executive assistant to the enterprise chief of human resources at Central Health in Austin, TX.

Kassidy Krieger earned a MAT in elementary with early childhood education from  SMCM in 2022. She is a second grade teacher forSt. Mary's County Public Schools.

Nicole Kuderski is legal assistant at Carr Allison in Jacksonville, FL. 

Izzy Lott is a student affairs case manager at the University of North Carolina Asheville. 

Spencer Minor is a project specialist at WCG Statistics Collaborative. 

Emma McMurrer earned a MS in Psychology with specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2023, and BCBA certification in 2024. She is a BCBA and RBT at Positive Behavior Supports Corp.

India Oates worked as a human research technologist at Penn State University's Empathy and Moral Psychology Laboratory for two years post graduation from SMCM. Now pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with concentration in forensic psychology  part-time from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, she is a teaching assistant there as well as a clinical psychology assessment extern with Prince William Family Counseling.

Amber Pineda earned her initial teaching certificate for South Carolina Board of Education in 2021. She is pursuing a MAT in Elementary Education through online classes at University of Phoenix. She is the assistant director at Anchor's Away Child Development Center and works at Horry County Schools in SC.

Josephina (Joey) Pisano spent the year after graduation as an AmeriCorps member in Boston. She earned a MSW in Clinical/Medical Social Work at Boston College School of Social Work in 2024. She is an addictions behavioral health fellow for Atrius Health in Massachusetts.

Maddox Pollock is an engineering psychologist at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of NAVAIR.

Elizabeth Prather earned a MS in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University in 2024. In addition to her BS in psychology from SMCM, she holds a AA in criminal justice (2019), and an AA in arts and sciences (2019). She is a resident director at Frostburg State University and completing a mental health counseling internship at Committed to Change.

Layla Purdy earned a certificate for mental health service apprentice (USAF) at the Medication Education and Training Campus in 2021, and is now pursuing a MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology at UMBC. She is a behavior health technician at Cape Fox Facilities Services in the Washington, D.C. area. She also works as a behavioral health technician for the Air National Guard.

Kelsey Sears earned a MEd in Special Education at the American College of Education in 2022. She is a special education teacher for Calvert County Public Schools.

Cory Shorter is an assessor II at the MD State Department of Assessment and Taxation. 

Ruby Turner earned a MEd in School Psychology from the College of William & Mary in 2022, and a EdS in School Psychology from the same institution in 2024 . She is a school psychologist for Harford County Public Schools in MD.

Ocean Tyler is a preschool assistant teacher for the Montgomery Child Care Association.

Adair Watson is pursuing a MS in Genetic Counseling from Medical University of South Carolina with an expected graduation in 2026.

Paige Wilde earned a DPT at University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2024. She is a physical therapist at CalvertHealth.

Gretchen Young  earned a MAT from  SMCM in 2022. She is a second grade teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools.

Grace (Meg) Wilson has worked as an instructor at Duxbury Bay Maritime School, a sailing instructor on Catalina Island Marine Institute and as a customer associate at Brothers Marketplace. 

Francesca Ziccardi is an account manager at Alertus Technologies.
