Lauren Sapp '23 is pursuing a MS in Sports and Exercise Psychology at Springfield College with an expected graduation in 2025. She is an IT front desk student associate at Springfield College.

Lynx Gabinet-Bethoulle '22 is pursuing a MS in psychology at Villanova University and is a graduate assistant there.

Elizabeth Prather '21 earned a MS in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University in 2024. In addition to her BS in psyhology from SMCM, she holds a AA in criminal justice (2019), and an AA in arts and sciences (2019). She is a resident director at Frostburg State University and completing a mental health counseling internship at Commited to Change.

Rebecca Faubion-Trejo '19 is a lab manager and research coordinator at The Fralin Biomedical Research Institute with Virginia Tech Carilion.

Kara Feidelseit '19 is a CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA at Catholic University of America. Her role is to help combat poverty in America. Specifically, she is helping to reduce food insecurity on Catholic's campus by building a permanent food pantry that students and staff can access.  

Katie Flores '19  earned a MS in Applied Sport Psychology at University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2022. She is the director of operations for women’s soccer at Virginia Tech.

Caitlin Henry '19 is an admissions counselor at University of Maryland Baltimore County with territory in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and North Carolina.

Kelly Culotta '18 is an academic program coordinator for the Department of Computer Science at Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering.

Lara Holmes '18 is a fiscal administrator for the Office of Institutional Advancement at SMCM.

Kia Blum '17 is a front-line marketing and communications coordinator at University of Michigan.

Mo Shea '17 earned a MEd in Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, and Counselor Education from UMD in 2019. She is a degree audit and scheduling specialist at Loyaloya University Maryland.

Greer (Wattson) Parker '17 earned a MA in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University in 2021. She is the director of corporate sales for athletics at La Salle University. 

Kisslyn Ezim '14 earned a MA in I/O Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology at Washington, D.C.  in 2018. He is a compensation manager at Prince George's Community College in MD.

Erica (Ramos) Trainor '14 earned a MS in Counselor Education (with concentration in school counseling and guidance) from Johns Hopkins University School of Education in 2016. After serving several years as a high school counselor, she is now an academic advisor at John Hopkins University.

Olabisi Fraser '16 is a manager of legal recruitment for the Office of Career Stategy at Georgetown University Law Center.

Liza Moore '16 earned a MS in Higher Education Policy, Research and Administration from Goucher College in 2021. She is a senior assessment and learning analytics data scientist within the Office of within the Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship at The George Washington University. Previously she served as an institutional research analyst at GW.

Monica Claro '15 earned a MA in International Education at The George Washington University with a graduate certificate in Incorporating International Perspectives in Education in 2019. She is a professional development delivery coordinator at International Baccalaureate in the Washington, D.C.-Baltimore region. Previously, Monica served as an English second language teacher for District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) and an adult educator advocate for Amigos de las Americas (AMIGOS).

Lauren Schoene '15 earned a MS in Clinical Research Administration from Walden University in 2018. She is a research program coordinator at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. 

Matthew Solano '15 earned a MS in Human Resource Management and Services from University of Maryland University College (UMUC)  in 2019.  He is an I-9 Analyst at Georgetown University.

Chelsea Cesaro '14 is pursuing a MEd in Student Affairs from University of Maryland. She is a coordinator of student services (for the incentive awards program) at UMD.

Keber Debebe '14 earned a MSc in International Human Resource Management from Kingston University in 2015. She is a human resources information system specialist at Georgetown University.

Jessica Placido '14 is a program assistant at California Western School of Law.

Heather Pribut '14 is pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience from UMD with an expected graduation in 2022. She is a writing fellow at University of Maryland - The Graduate School.

Lauren Taylor '14 served in multiple roles as part of the Office of Alumni Relations at SMCM for six years upon graduation, including associate director. She is now an associate director of signature programs and local alumuni outreach at the University of Santa Cruz.

Andrew Koch '13 earned a MAS (Master of Aeronautical Science) in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2015, and PhD in Aviation from ERAU in October 2022.  Andrew is an engineering psychologist at NAVAIR working in the aeromedical division in the human systems department. Specifically, the physiological and operational performance branch. The goal is to extend our understanding of aviation related physiology and expand our predictive capabilities, especially in terms of medical modeling. Andrew is also an EMT for the Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad, media mentor for The RoboBees, a FRC Robotics Team in Southern MD, and adjunct career development instructor for SMCM teaching an extenship class focusing on EMS. In August 2022, Andrew was accepted into the NAVAIR Leadership Development Program. 

Sebastian Martinez-Grewe '13 is a manager of clinical & corporate contracts resource management at University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). 

Kate Pinder '13 earned a MA in Quantitative Psychology from James Madison University in 2015. She is an assessment specialist for the College of Business at Western Governors University.

Carly (Legg) Wood '12 earned a MAT from SMCM in 2013. She was a teacher for Anne Arundel Public Schools for six years. She is now a STEAM Academy Team Coordinator at Penn State York. The STEAM Academy is a partnership program between Penn State York and the School District of the City of York.  

Grace (Clemens) Friedman '10 earned a MLS at UMBC in 2012. She is a new student advisor at UMUC.

Emily (Myers) Lamoreau '10 is earned a MS in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2015. She is a staff therapist for the Wellness Center at SMCM.

Kate McKerlie '10 earned both a MSW in Community Administrative Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin in 2015, and a MPH at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2015. She is a communications director for the Texas Institute for Child & Family Wellbeing at the University of Texas at Austin.  

Taylore Mountain '10 earned a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University in 2012, and a MBA with a concentration in Hospitality Leadership from DePaul University in 2018.  She is a housing operations coordinator at DePaul University, a licensed associate marriage and family therapist at Center for Relational Transformation,  and a relationship and leadership coach at Taylored Living, LLC, in Chicago, IL.

Shauna Strauss '10 earned a MBA with concentration in Marketing from Hoftstra University in 2018. She is an assistant director for career development, programming and outreach for master's degree students in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

Joshua Lubben '09 earned a MS from UMBC in 2014. He is an associate director of recruitment, events, and orientation at University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Lauren (Cook) Payne '09 earned a MS in Educational Leadership with concentration in Higher Education from University of North Dakota in 2014. She is an associate director of student success for the School of Information Technology at Purdue University Global.

Marybeth Heather '08 earned a MS in Mental Health counselling from Johns Hopkins University in 2013 and was been accepted into the EdD in Counselor Education and Supervision program at Argosy University in August 2017. She is an academic advisor at Community College of Baltimore.

Vanessa (Medley) Kessler '08 earned a MS in School Psychology from UMCP in 2014. She is a senior admissions counselor at 2U.

Hannah (Lichtenstein) Graves '07 earned a ScM in Behavioral and Social Sciences Interventions (BSSI) from Brown University in 2014. She is a project manager for Brown University's Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies.

Alexandra Rizzi '07 earned a TEFL certificate in 2010, and spent some time as an ESL instructor in both Daegu, South Korea and Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. After returning stateside, Alexandra earned a MS in Education Leadership from Walden University in 2017. She is a freelance college and career advisor in the Washington, D.C. - Baltimore area.

Leo Schlosnagle '06 earned a PhD in lifespan developmental psychology from West Virginia University in 2011.  Leo feels that the undergraduates at SMCM who plan to pursue graduate degrees might be especially interested in some of WVU's programs, and suggests such students visit the WVU web site at http://psychology.wvu.edu/. Currently, Leo is an associate professor of psychology at Utah Valley University and his research interests include disability, health, aging, judgment and decision making, and program evaluation. Additionally he is the owner of Salt Lake Rental Properties, LLC.

Abigail Rotholz '05 earned a MA in Counseling and Guidance with a minor in Native American Studies at New Mexico State University in 2013. She is a disability student services professional/access advisor at the University of Oregon.

Katie Daly '04 earned a MA in Counseling Psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 and a PhD in Counseling Psychology from University of Florida in 2011. She is the Director of Counseling & Wellness Services and Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.

Jordan Knicely '04 earned a MS in Psychology at Lehigh University in 2010. He is a senior staff assistant at University of Abany, SUNY, and an admissions technology coordinator for Vassar College.

Jason Straub '04 earned a MSW with focus in Mental Health Counseling from UMD School of Social Work in 2010. He is a programmer analyst + social worker for The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. 

Angela (Trinidad) Draheim '03 has been employed at SMCM since 2004; she is the academic program support coordinator and departmental web specialist for the psychology department.

Derek Young '02 earned a MEd in Counseling Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University in 2007. He is the executive director of student life at SMCM.

Bridgett Jean (Harsh) Milner '01 earned a PhD in Psychology from Indiana University in 2007.  Since 2013, she has been the senior associate director of strategic planning and research for Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to that she spent two years as a research psychologist for the Central Intelligence Agency.

Jennifer (Menard) Marsh '01  earned a MS in I/O Psychology from North Central University in 2014.   The behavioral neuroscience lab coordinator for the psychology department and an adjunct instructor for PSYC and CORE classes, Jenn has been employed at SMCM since 2001. 

Ana Franco-Watkins '97 earned a MA in Psychology from The College of William & Mary in 1999, and a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from UMCP in 2004.. She is currently serving as interim dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Auburn University. Beforehand, she served as chair of the Department of Psychological Sciences at Auburn University for four years. She participated in the SEC Academic Leadership Development Program, is a 2021HERS Leadership Institute alum, and chaired the steering committee for Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) at Auburn University.  

Leah Bentley '96 earned a MA in Arts Administration from New York University in 1998. She is an assistant vice president for development for Columbia University Medical Center.

Bridgid Cahill '94 earned a PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology at the University of South Carolina in 2002. After completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester's Counseling Center, she joined the faculty there and is now the Center's director. Brigid's clinical specialty areas include working with survivors of trauma (especially childhood abuse and sexual assault), and with individuals diagnosed with personality disorders. She values group therapy, and enjoys leading groups including interpersonal process groups, trauma groups, and DBT skills groups. She teaches a seminar on professional development and takes pleasure in supervising therapists in training. Additionally, she currently has a small private practice. She is married to psyc alum Michael Rozalski '94.

Kristine Willing '93 is vice president of higher education success at Pathstream.

Anne Marie Himmelheber Brady '93 received a PhD in Psychobiology from The Ohio State University in 2000. Following graduate school, she completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Albany Medical College, where she learned to directly measure the electrical activity of neurons in rats' brains. From 2004 to 2016, she was a member of the Department of Psychology at SMCM and also participated in the Cross-Disciplinary Minor in the Neurosciences. Her research focused on the neurobiological basis of schizophrenia and drug addiction, through the measurement of behavior, and the assessment of neuroanatomical structure and function.  Anne Marie spent 8 years as the director of institutional research at SMCM and is now Assistant Vice President of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) in the Office of the President. 

Elaine Appel Gisriel '90 earned a MS in Counseling Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Employee Assistance Programs from Loyola (College) University in 1993. Elaine worked in the Employee Assistance Program field, specializing in Medical Professionals health programs for 15 years prior to moving into Higher Education and becoming a Student Development Specialist and Academic Advisor at Harford Community College.

Justine Van Wie '90 earned a ScM in Clinical Exercise Physiology from The George Washington University in 2011. She is a director of gift and state administration for the Office of Planned Giving of George Washington University.

Kathleen Anderson '80 earned a MA in Counseling and College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University in 1982. She has been at the University of Baltimore since 1984, first coming to the University as Director of Student Activities. Since then she has held several different positions within student affairs, each working closely with students, faculty and staff. She is currently the dean of students at UB and teaches as an adjunct professor for the UB College of Liberal Arts.

Deborah Pratt '80 is an administrative director of student counseling services at the University of Chicago.
