Katie (Bamberger) Hemady earned a MS in Human Development & Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University in 2012, and then a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from same institution in 2016. Her research focused on family-based prevention programs for the promotion of healthy family relationships and prevention of youth behavior problems. She now works as a research scientist and director of the Division of Family Stregthening & Child Wellbeing at the Public Health Management Corporation in Philadelphia, PA where she evaluates the effectiveness of human services and public health programs. 

Annie Becker is a lead youth development specialist for Bay Area Youth Center/Sunny Hills Services.

Amanda Bramble earned a MA in School Psychology and a C.A.S.(Certificate of Advanced Study) in School Psychology from Towson University in 2014.  She is a school psychologist for Queen Anne's County Public Schools. 

Emily Brown is a business development and senior marketing assistant for the Patent and Post-Grant Practice Groups of Fish & Richardson.

Vaughn Bryant earned a MSc in Behavioral and Social Health Science at Brown University in 2013, and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida in 2018. He is a clinical assistant professor in the Departmet of Psychiatry at University of Florida and a clinical neurpsycholist for UF Health Jacksonville.

Connie (Cardwell) Reynolds earned a MAT in Elementary Education from SMCM in 2011. She is a third grade teacher for St. Mary's County Public Schools.

Grace (Clemens) Friedman earned a MLS at UMBC in 2012. She is a new student advisor at UMUC.

Rebecca Clement earned a MS in Occupational Therapy from Towson University in 2017. She is an occupational therapist at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital.

Sara Childerston spent some time as an ESL teacher at Vietnam USA Society English Training Services Center (VUS) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She is now a server in Nashville, TN.

Hal (Trey) Cole earned a language certificate in Chinese language and Literature from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2012. He worked abroad (foreign teacher, camp director, general manager for The IQAir Group in China) until December 2015. He then served as independent contractor for an American-based company, Cole Travel Services, Inc., to develop professional travel itineraries until fall 2016, when he relocated to Colorado. He is now an enterprise customer success manager at Five9.

Monika Disque is a swim coach for the Annapolis Swim Club and is an assistant store manger for Under Armour.

Alysia (Doyle) Younce earned a MEd from Regent University in 2021. She is a middle school math teacher and S.T.E.M. aide for Wise County Public Schools in Virgina.

Ashleigh Dueker served as a health education specialist in Mali, West Africa for the Peace Corps for 2 years after graduation. She earned a MBA from Lancaster University, UK  in 2015. Before moving to England in 2014, she was a coordinator for new program development at Jhpiego, a NPO affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, that works to prevent the needless deaths of women and families. She is now a principal consultant of agile transformation at PA Consulting in London.

Caitlin (Eckert) Larrimore earned a MS in School Counseling at Johns Hopkins University in 2013. She is a special education long term substitute for Frederick County Public Schools, co-teaching Merit Biology, Merit Geometry, and Merit English 10, and collaborating with parents and school staff regarding student academic achievement and IEP goals. 

Rossina Escalante earned a BSN from University School of Nursing in 2019. She is a RN at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Centerin Baltimore, MD.

Elizabeth (Liz) Font is a HR services associate for Fannie Mae.

Julie (Faggio) Fischer earned a MS in School Counseling at Loyola University MD in 2012. As a LCPC she opened her own private practice, Howard County Psychological Services, LLC. in 2021.

Katie (Ewing) Janis is a senior clinical database manager at Emmes, a full- service clinical research organization (CRO).

Anthony Glass is an account executive at CallTrackingMetrics.

Julie Gunther is a one-to-one instructional therapist for Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children.

Tricia (Hancock Johnson) is a high school psychology teacher for St. Mary's County Public Schools.

Alex Hernandez worked after graduation as a research assistant for Dr. Bailey and Dr. Brady and then as a Lab Technician in Dr. Schoenbaum's Lab at UMB. He earned a BSN from UMD School of Nursing in 2014 and is now a Registered Nurse at University of Maryland Medical Center. Alex started a doctoral program at the University of Maryland Baltimore school of nursing in fall 2019 to become an adult-geriatric acute care nurse practitioner. After finishing the degree (expected graduation in 2023), he will be working as a provider in the ICU, ER, and OR Trauma units. 

Kelli (Hill) Swanson is a client relations coordinator for Patton Veterinary Hospital and a consultant for The Pampered Chef.

Katie Janis is a project management professional (PMP) working as a data manager for The EMMES Corporation. She previously worked at Westat and the Research Sciences Corporation.

Kaitlin Hines-Noble is a senior UX Designer for Alexa Aging and Independence. In January 2020, a project she designed and helped launch in 2019, "Alexa, what's in my hand" won Voice Experience of the Year from Project Voice, the #1 event for voice tech and AI in America. In the summer of 2022, that feature she designed was featured in Netflix's Instant Dream Home.  Most recently she largely contributed to the development of the Alexa Emergency Assist app/service.

Michelle (Kempf) Reuschling is a Youth Programs Coordinator and Camp Director for Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, VA.

Stephanie Klapper earned a MSW from UMD School of Social Work in 2014. She is the deputy director of community outreach for Maryland Citizens' Health Initiative, whose Health Care for All! Coalition is the state’s largest and most diverse organized group of health care consumers.

Dan Kircher earned a PhD in Pharmacology from University of Texas at Austin in 2017. He is an experienced biomedical scientist, project manager,  and certified Scrum Master. Currently he's a program manager at Eagle Genomics in NYC and an associate member of Cheeky Scientist, an industry training platform for academic PhDs.

Kimberly (Kimmie) Konka earned MS in Psychology from Drexel University in 2016 and Certification of Advanced Study in Complementary and Integrative Therapies from Drexel in 2017. She is a senior clinical research coordinator at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. 

Elizabeth (Mason) Boniface earned a MLS from University of Maryland College Park in 2013. She is a metadata specialist and cataloger for Alexander Street, a ProQuest Company that provides academic streaming media to libraries.

Claire (Marian) Eisenbaum spent 8 years as faculty and course leader for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in the greater Boston area. Afterwards she earned a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction at Boston University in 2022. She is a product manager at Panorama Education (based in Boston but working remotely from VT).

Emily (Myers) Lamoreau earned a MS in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2015. She is a staff therapist for the Counseling and Psychological Services of the Wellness Center at SMCM.

Kate McKerlie earned both a MSSW in Community Administrative Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin in 2015, and a MPH at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2015. She is a communications director for the Texas Institute for Child & Family Wellbeing at the University of Texas at Austin.  

Taylore Mountain earned a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University in 2012, and a MBA with a concentration in Hospitality Leadership from DePaul University in 2018.  Meanwhile, she is a licensed marriage and family therapist for the Chicago Center for Relationship Counseling. In 2019, Taylore started a business offering services as an executive coach and relationships specialist at Taylored Living, LLC, in Chicago, IL. 

Sean Piantadosi worked as a research assistant at UMB investigating the neurobiology of mood and anxiety disorders for two years after graduation. He earned a PhD in Neuroscience from University of Pittsburgh in 2017.  He is a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Washington. 

Patrick Piantadosi worked as a research assistant in Dr. Patricio O'Donnell's lab at UMB investigating the neurobiology of schizophrenia for a year following graduation. He earned a MA in Psychology and then PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from University of British Columbia in 2016. He is currently a post-doctoral fellow in the Laboratory of Behavioral and Genomic Neuroscience of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.

Fawne (Robinson) Matthai completed some graduate coursework in I/O Psychology at UMBC. She earned a graduate certificate in human resource management from UMUC in 2012. She is a client service specialist at SkillSmart.

Abby Rowlands  earned a MS in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University in 2019. She is a clinical nurse in the neurocritical care unit at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Alana (Slater) Sage earned a MS in Human Resources from UMUC in 2014. She is a senior compensation analyst at Neustar, Inc. in VA.

Elizabeth (Smith) Khoury '10 earned a PhD in Psychology with a focus in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Texas in 2015. She is a postdoctoral researcher at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Shauna Strauss earned a MBA with concentration in Marketing from Hoftstra University in 2018. She is an assistant director for career development, programming and outreach for master's degree students in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

Jason Stutman earned a dual MS in General Education and Special Education from Lesley University in 2013. He is a managing editor of the technology division at Angel Publishing, one of the world's largest and fastest growing investment research firms, located in the heart of Baltimore City, Maryland.  

Autumn Thomas-Brown is a systems administrator at Northop Grumman.

Alexander Thompson is an intelligence analyst working as a contractor for Booz Allen Hamilton and a military reservist (prior active duty) doing intelligence work. His work as an intelligence analyst primarily involves research, writing and analysis. 

Kevin Turek earned a MD from UMD School of Medicine in 2016. He is a psychiatry resident at the University of NC School of Medicine.

Sara Morgan Watters earned an MS in Cross-cultural Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 2016. Before completing her master’s degree, she worked as a TEFL English teacher in Barcelona, Spain for two years. She served as a program advisor for Global Experiences in Annapolis for about four years and is now a senior consultant at Evans Consulting helping implement effective communication strategy, facilitating leadership development, and engaging stakeholders. Additionally, she founded and facilitates an exchange program for competitive international sailors.

Krysta (Wersten) Ferrer earned a MAT from SMCM in 2011. She relocated to the Charlotte, NC after teaching in Frederick MD for six years. She is a private tutor for Varsity Tutors.

Anna (Winship) Pollak earned a BSN from Medical College of Georgia in 2011. She is a clinical nurse at MedStar Washington Hospital and a family nurse practitioner for Comprehensive Primary Care, LLC.
