Today you will be using the link about to help you explore what happened to farmers during the Dust Bowl. The Dust Bowl is a period of drought in the Great Plains region of the country, making farming almost impossible.  Many farmers in Kansas, Oklahoma, and northern Texas were forced to leave their farms, give up their craft (farming), and move farther west in search of work.  This website tells us their story.
