To help show what you learned from this week you will be making a video presentation to share with the class next week. Given the nature of the projects, you will have the two options for what to present on. In both options, the following guidelines apply:

1. Presentations must be 1 to 4 minutes long.

2. Presentations must be done as videos unless approved by the supervising teacher.

3. Videos must include live video as well as pictures.

4. You MAY use another person to be a part of your video (voice or live).

Option 1: Create a video about the career that you are interested in.

If you have a good idea of what you would like to do for a living then your job is to create a video about it. Here are some things to think about as your create your video.

a. What are the responsibilities of someone in your career path?

b. What kind of opportunities are there in your career?

c. What is the salary range?

d. What are some businesses you could work for?

e. What type of education options do you need to consider? (years of schooling, costs, specific schools, etc)

f. Locations where you would/could work from

Option 2: Create a video about one of the businesses that you visit.

If you don't have a career that you want to report on, you may create a video about one of the businesses that you visit. Here are some things to think about as your create your video.

a. What does the business do or create to make money?

b. What are some career paths that could be done through this business?

c. What is the range for pay (depending on the position of the worker).

d. What other businesses rely on your business, or do you rely on other businesses?
