DESCRIPTIONS: Silicone CS-16210 is a kind of silicone gel with slight characteristic odor that contains polyether groups, which not only has the similar skin feel as Silicone CS-1600, but also it may be an emulsifying agent in water-in-silicone oil and water-in-oil systems. The product can enhance the thickness feel for water-in-silicone oil and water-in-oil systems, provides better stability and soft, silky-powdery smoothness, and also the semi-gloss effect. As a dispersant in polar ingredients and non-polar ingredients formulations, the product can dissolve the non-polar ingredients in the external phase (silicone oil), and the polar ingredients in the inner phase (water), it is a good transfer system for both polar and non-polar materials. The appearance of this SF-6210 would be possible to be changed as slightly grainy and thicker subject to the weather and storing condition. This appearance change would not effect its use in formulation , and we suggest you stir it for a while before use.

Appearance: milky-white to light yellow translucent gel
Penetration degree (1/10mm): 300-500
APPLICATION: Color cosmetics, skin-care, sun care and other personal care products, etc.
HOW TO USE:
- Thoroughly stir the product into oil phase.
- Add water phase to oil phase emulsion slowly.
- Speed up the stirring rate to enhance stability of W/O emulsion system, increase proportion of water phase to enhance stickiness.
- Added electrolytes, preferably NaCl at a level of 0.5% to 2% in water phase to enhance storage stability of the emulsion system.
The emulsion can be emulsified at ambient temperature if the formulation was free from solid ingredients.

PACKAGING: Silicone CS-16210 is supplied in 18Kg plastic pails, 200Kg iron drums.
Samples are available upon request in bottles.
STORAGE AND TRANSPRORT:
Silicone CS-16210 is non-toxic and non-caustic product. In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, and other impurities.
The product has 12 months shelf from the date of production at room temperature in seal-tight condition.
