As we move towards darker evenings, we have talked about staying safe, and how to be safe around Halloween with trick or teating.
If you, or someone you know, is looking for a Reception place for September 2025, please get in touch.
We have tours of the school each week, so you can see 'real life' in our happy, vibrant school.
Many thanks to our wonderful Wincham Family & Friends who worked so hard to make the disco such a success last Friday. We raised approximately £1900 which will be used in school for learning and wellbeing opportunities for the children. These include:
Packs of Maths resources in each classroom
Upgrading the computers in the IT suite
An improved outdoor seating area with more things to do for children who want a quieter space at playtime
Please take some time to read the details of the article about Roblox. Roblox: Inflated Key Metrics For Wall Street And A Pedophile Hellscape For Kids – Hindenburg Research
The first part of the article is based around financial information and user statistics, the second part is about online safety. Extract 'Media and non-profit exposés from 2020 to July 2024 revealed digital strip clubs, red light districts, sex parties and child predators lurking on Roblox. The National Center on Sexual Exploitation in 2024 labeled Roblox “a tool for sexual predators, a threat for childrens’ safety”.'
It's always nice to have some lovely feedback! Parents often mention in passing how happy their children are, how much they have enjoyed their learning, or how they are grateful for a particular member of staff who has gone above and beyond.
