Passive:

• You see the health of enemies in your vision, and those you've hit within the past 3 seconds, on the right side of your screen.

• You may be able to share this info with your allies somehow.

• If Hack has eyes on target, you can look at the highlight to gain intel on their health to the right of your HUD and may automatically share with all who see the highlighted target. Same goes for other highlight sources, like Bloodhound's Eye.

• Enemies you hit may see your health on the right side of their screen for 3 seconds.

• The reasoning is so you aren't locating them with it or being located by it, but you still get the knowledge of their life. That way it's not too powerful or detrimental.
