Background: Similar to Bloodhound, he has strong beliefs and voices him. He claims one God whereas Bloodhound claims many. They occasionally have friendly chats about the differences of their faiths, not like either one are ever swayed by the other. They respect each others faiths. Chaplain is always respectful toward his enemies. He will on occasion give them their last rites, whether he was the cause or not. He bolsters his allies and grants them blessings, whether they feel it, are inspired by it, or don't give a flip about it. Their faith determines the power of his inspiration upon them. Doesn't have to be his faith, like how Bloodhound will receive strong benefits because her faith is so strong in her beliefs.
Passive: Calming Presence
Nearby allies feel a sense of calm while near Chaplain, and will receive a small health regeneration while out of combat. Likewise for Chaplain himself.
He has a passive effect while downed that either
Causes enemy guns to jam or not fire when they target his flesh while his knockdown shield is up
Causes his flesh to become phantom like, like in three strikes downing, at least while his knockdown shield is up. He can still be finishered.
Tactical: Bless
He blesses a target ally.
Depending on their faith or perspective, they may recieve benefits, or be annoyed.
Those who have a strong faith (no matter what faith) receive a good regen.
Those who are inspired or ok with the Chaplain's blessing receive an ok regen.
Those who rebuke the Chaplain's blessing don't receive regen.
All will have their bleedout timers paused while they are downed, while the effect persists.
Ultimate: TBD
Finishers:
Default: "Last Rites"
He gives them their last rites as they fall over, lay on their back, and die. He closes their eyes.
His Finishers are not violent. Some finishers may have many variants depending on the Legend he is targetting.
