Another Passive Perk
probably OP
Allows for slotting a digithreat of any sort, or at least sniper scope digithreat, slotting in the armor bar to effect your stowed weaponry aiming. With a digithreat slotted there you are able to see enemies digithreat style while aiming with weapons stowed, aka UNARMED. Also a decent way to carry a digithreat until you need it without wasting an inventory slot, and giving it use until then.
Ultimate Ideas:
Controlled Sniper
With this Sniper, you fire a controlled bullet. Everything withing 200 meters slows down while you channel this. Possibly even the server slows down to slow the firewall down as well. You controll the bullet to it's destination, and can make it go up, down, left, or right, and it's always moving at a high speed forwards, twice as fast as Crypto's drone when it's not slowed down at a minimum. Closely related to Sniper bullets when they are slowed to half speed. This Sniper is closely related to a Sentinel.
Also expands range to 200-500 meters in a cone in front of the bullet fired, to ensure the target is slowed, if it's not a server slow.
Based off Sniper quests in Modern Combat 5.
Sniper Guarantee
Allows for equipping a sniper in this slot. No real ultimate power.
Addition beyond just sniper rifle: The Power or upgrade effect: 30 seconds of Digi-threat when aiming snipers.
Secondary addition to amplification/power effect: Aim Assist to make more headshots and hits. Small circle around reticle, which occurs around the invisible hit marker that only is seen in Vantages Vision. He does not have that, but during ultimate boost he could have aim assist (veering shots) that occur around where that Would be if he could (but doesn't) see it.

Found the words: Around the bullet is a 1m-3m radius where it will redirect itself towards an enemy, prioritizing headshots. Requires line of sight between bullet and target to function. Rotates in an arc not instantly. If a target is hiding behind a rock and seeker fires over their head, it will arc down but not fast enough to headshot unless it's a small rock and their head is close. Instead it will try but will most likely miss and hit the dirt a few meters behind them, but closer than if the shot had not seekered in the first place.
2: Fire over rock, unseeking shot would land 10 meters away, seeking shot lands 3-5 meters instead
Also, only works on aimed shots, so hipfired shots shouldn't have aim assist, and only works with snipers and NO other weapons
Aim and fire point blank, guaranteed hit instead of almost guaranteed miss
For the Charge Rifle probably moves the camera to hit if target is near the reticle, or CR is unaffected, as it doesn't have bullets to seek
Duration Modifications: reduces from 30 seconds to 5-15, OR has limited number of shots that can seek, the rest are normal.
