Phased (TBD)

Passive: Untouchable

• When under fire, you have a 15% chance to become phased, and have no hitbox during that time. The effect lasts 0.25 seconds. The chance occurs with every bullet, and when under automatic fire it can cause you to be permanently phased if luck finds you well.

• While moving, every second you have a chance to phase. Faster movement gives stronger chances.

• While phased, you take no damage, and you cannot shoot or be shot. You cannot melee or be meleed. You cannot throw grenades nor be hit by them. You are intangible, and cannot be pushed. They can walk right through you as if you don't exist.

• While phased, you appear less opaque and have a couple phantom images appear and disappear at your sides. This signals you are effected by phased and cannot be hit.
