Passive: Assassin
Your footsteps and movements are quieter and you have the ability to assassinate people.
To assassinate: walk up behind a person and hold the melee button. You will see a prompt for assassination.
It takes at least 1 second to channel, then takes as long as a Finisher and can be disrupted. The target is instantly downed upon successful execution.
Downed is not instantly killed. It might work that way in Mixtape since there is no downing there, but in royale it only downs, not outright kills.
May even recharge your shields upon success as well, just like a finisher. Or maybe not. Who knows.
In high rank lobbies, best not even try or you'll wind up eating bullets point blank. I highly doubt many people will pull this off, but this gives them the opportunity.
If people are nailing everyone with this, they are obviously hackers, or fighting total noobs or bots.
99% of players are constantly moving and thus those playing this character won't really have an opportunity to make executes, as their target would either leave before the channel is finished or turn around and notice them.
A simple jump is enough to disrupt the channel. Channel range about like that of common use of the Scout Beacon / Ring Console. Limited angle, short range, 1+ second channel time.
Melee button is cast button. If prompt fails to show or disappears before button press, it's a melee attack and is almost guaranteed to hit, because they are looking at the target and the target is in melee range. If prompt shows and they start the channel, but are interrupted, nothing happens. Here's why: The target probably just moved to the next bucket and didn't notice. In that case they can try again. However, if it auto melees instead, then they hit the target and then get killed by the target because they used melee instead of a gun.
Tactical: TBD
Mk1: Projectile Blade
Fires similarly to Fuze's Knuckle Cluster, from a wrist/arm mounted launcher on the left arm.
Purpose is direct hit. Most of its damage is from direct hit. 50 damage on Direct hit.
Like an arc star, it sticks to the target. Deals 25 damage with a 2-5 meter (3 meter) radius, same detonation timer as arc star.
It has a bigger hitbox, so it hits easier, but also cannot be threaded as easily.
If it hits the ground, it becomes a trip mine for 45 seconds, detonating at the end of the timer if no targets entered its area.
Mk2: TBD
Ultimate: TBD
Mk1: Unseen
You cloak for 30 seconds, move swiftly, and are noisy.
You fight with extended melee reach and cannot shoot.
You move at a speed similar to Bloodhound's Hunt.
Aim to aim your blade, which can be thrown like an arc star and cause you to teleport to it. This uses up to 3-5 seconds of the timer based on distance teleported. Chase it to reduce the distance to consume less time.
Knockdowns and kills add time. Finishers add triple time.
You have a second set of finishers for while cloaked, allowing you to remain cloaked while doing finishers, possibly even cloaking your foe as well.
Is not the ploy I was going for, but is the only thing I can think of. I did not intend for him to have cloaking capability.
Mk2: You Are Mine!
This Ultimate requires a target. Cannot cast without a target.
It has a range of up to 25 meters tops.
You teleport behind the target, stunning them for 3 seconds, and dealing 25 damage every 0.25 seconds.
This ability can be disrupted by enemy fire, just like finishers.
I like this one.
