Passive: Psychic
Part A: Relatively useless.
You hear quips from enemies within distance where you can hear quips.
When you are spotted, you hear a quip from them alerting you.
When under fire, you no longer hear quips as the bullets tell you where they are.
Part B: The main use
You can use your tactical while downed.
While knocked, you also have an Alt fire to use your knockdown shield as full body, but no frontal shield that would guard allies. This version has the same HP as the normal knockdown shield, but forces enemies to destroy your KDS or use a finisher, as your flesh cannot be shot due to full body coverage, but without that frontal shield you cannot be cover for allies.
Therefore, you have a few options
A) Crawl
B) Guard with the knockdown shield (normal)
C) Use tactical to bubble yourself or shield an ally
D) Full body coverage yourself
C and D have two different health pools, unless C is like NewCastle's revive shield.
Tactical: Shield
Equip power
It has two bars. Bar A is its health capacity, bar B is its overheat which limits how long it can channel for.
Overheat lets you channel up to 10-15-30 seconds, duration depends on balancing. Waiting is twice as fast as cooling down after overheat.
Health capacity determines how much damage it can block, which is always bodyshot damage value.
Might be determined by knockdown shield like NewCastle's is. In which case it might also be powered by the knockdown shield, which would limit KDS utility.
Still has access to casting and full body coverage passive.
Casting
Fire
Targets an ally. They cannot shoot or use certain abilities while shielded, otherwise they'd hit your shield.
Aim trigger
Targets Self
May have an additional cast effect. When targeting an enemy, slow them greatly, practically freezing them in place.
This effect might not exist.
All effects are channeled effects, as such you cannot use anything else while channeling these effects, and can channel only one at a time.
Ultimate:
Mk1
Shockwave
Sends enemies and ordinance flying away from you. Deals 40 damage. Deals extra damage if the target(s) impact something, like a wall. If they impact another enemy, they both take damage and continue flying away from you.
Flying, sailing, in general just moved away, like Shockbot3000 will do / does.
Mk2
Doppelganger
Summon an ally as one of you, or grant them the option to become one of you. If you have spectators and an open slot because either non-fill or someone left you, you can summon a spectator as one of you and to finish the match as your ally.
