REDRAFT, EDIT OR RERUN.
REPEATING AND IMPROVING PERFORMANCE | FEEDBACK & IMPROVEMENT | PAGE 66
When you’re learning something new, your first attempts are rarely going to be your best. Give yourself a chance to generate some feedback and to improve. Redrafting, editing and rerunning are three ways you might go about improving a first or second effort, depending on what you’re doing. You learn from each attempt and use the feedback generated to improve the next one so your final attempt is as strong as you can make it.
