Goal-setting involves deciding what you want to achieve, making a plan, then going for it, step by step. When we set goals, we make a promise to our future selves so we’re more likely to carry them through. For greatest success, set goals that are challenging yet achievable. Setting goals like this can lead us to doing things we didn’t think we could!
