My friend Kiks and I visited Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon during the hottest time of the year, summer. While the 115+ degree heat made my experience less enjoyable causing headaches, nausea, nose bleeds, and extreme dryness, the scenery, hikes, and camping made it worth it. The best part of this experience was our "Glamping" experience. We drove up to the top of a rock formation in Zion where we stayed in a camp of yurts. The temperature dropped 50 degrees over night and we even heard wolves howling near us at night. The sunset and stars in that scenic place were absolutely stunning and I am so glad that we were able to have that experience and create those memories.
