ALABAMA

Reflection 2/9/20

My friend and I spent a day in Birmingham eating, driving around, and enjoying the warmer weather. We stopped at the Alabama Theatre to take in the historic site and snap a quick picture before heading to Johns City Diner for pictures by the famous "Its nice to have you in Birmingham" mural. We ate at Hattie B's since we were craving some classic southern food and went about our day. One thing I learned on this trip is, company is way more important than what you do. We had a blast laughing and listening to music, enjoying fresh air with the windows down. We ended the night with the best banana pudding of our lives. Little did we know that the absolute worst Airbnb experience was ahead of us, but our friendship got us through. I am excited for more travel with my bestie this year.
