My Reflection 7/2017
OH-hi-OH! If you didn't get that song reference...you either are not from the states or you are deprived of a classic all-american children's song. Any-who...I visited Ohio with my best friend Angelique on our way to meet our other friend Stephanie as she was living there for the summer as part of an internship. I met these two friends in grade school and we graduated 8th grade together. We had stayed friends throughout high school even though we all went to different schools and continued on through college at different schools again. Angelique and I drove down to Cincinnati and did some sight seeing while Stephanie was at work. We went to Harriet Beecher Stowe's house, the American Sign Museum, the Conservatory, and walked around the city. Stephanie took us to "Salsa on the Square" where we danced and people watched before heading to the water front to see the river at night. We went to a Reds baseball game and stopped at Mount Adams for a scenic overview of the city at night. We began another day with a view of the city from a higher point at Carew Tower and went for a road trip from there. Overall I enjoyed the experience with my friends and the city.
