LMHC
It’s okay to not be okay. I believe that when action meets compassion lives change. My style focuses on a person-centered approach. I empower individuals with empathy, help them strive to become the best versions of themselves, and utilize a non-judgmental demeanor. Additionally, I can incorporate behavioral interventions to increase coping skills and change thinking patterns. I’m passionate about helping others and making mental health a priority.
I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. I have worked with a wide array of ages, mental health difficulties, and backgrounds. I feel confident I can cater therapy to all needs and provide guidance towards growth.
