Natalie believes in the power of the mind and works with clients to learn our own control over our thoughts. She works with clients to come up with strategies to take control over our thoughts and choices. She helps clients learn how to find control and answers over their lives. Natalie strongly believes in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as taking a mindfulness approach.
Natalie completed her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College. She has experience working with a variety of issues including grief and loss, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, marriage, women’s issues, relationship issues, personality disorders, children and adolescents.
