Congratulations on taking this courageous first step towards your healing journey! Acknowledging the need for support and embarking on this path demonstrates incredible strength and resilience. I am deeply passionate about cultivating a nurturing and safe environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear or judgment. My commitment lies in creating a space where everyone feels respected, heard, and supported in their emotional well-being and personal growth.
I received my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Queens College in May 2022. Beyond counseling clients, I am a current Ph.D. student at Regent University who is passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice. I aim to integrate the latest evidence-based approaches into counseling to ensure my clients receive comprehensive support.
I provide counseling services in both English and Spanish. I believe in the importance of language and cultural nuances in enhancing treatment outcomes. Being bilingual allows me to connect deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that individuals feel heard, understood, and respected in their preferred language.
I am excited to embark on this counseling journey with you! I am here to support and empower you every step of the way!
