Maybe, you would like to speak with someone simply to get your mind off things? If you are, I’m here to help. I’m dedicated to helping individuals heal from their most painful experiences. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that is tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to process their emotions, develop coping strategies, and ultimately find healing and growth. You can expect to learn coping strategies and tools to manage those challenges you are facing. Ultimately to feel empowered and equipped to make positive changes in your life.
I received my B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College and completed my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling, at Baruch College. With my clinical and educational experience, I have worked with BIPOC adults and seniors in an outpatient clinic who struggle with co-occurring mental health disorders, psychosis, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
