Holding a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Queens College, I have honed in my skills and expertise in creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking positive change. My therapeutic approach is a unique blend of modalities, including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
