An arcade machine may malfunction, and guest will need to be refunded.
What is to be done?
Fill out a reimbursement ticket.
Tickets are submitted to the arcade vendor for reimbursement to the campground.
Operation Standards
How will the work described in the service level be done?
Arcade Reimbursement Ticket will be printed and kept at the front desk.
When a guest has an issue with a machine and needs to be reimbursed, fill the ticket out and refund the guest from the cash drawer.
Tickets are to be turned in with the cash drop each night.
Replenish the Cash Drawer from the Petty Cash, log and upload the ticket to the Petty Cash Folder.
When is the work described in the service level to be done and when is it not to be done?
When there is an issue with arcade machines.
