Service Level-
Why is the work described in the service level needed?
To ensure that we are caring for our assets properly to extend their life for a better camper experience.
What is to be done?
Get the Retro RVs ready to rent for the camping season.
Operation Standards
How will the work described in the service level be done?
Take the RV Cover Off
Wash the outside/exterior of the camper, including opening the awning to spray off
Chlorinate the water system (get all the pink stuff out)
Put water filter on
Check all electrical outlets, televisions, awnings, electronics, microwave
Test propane systems – hot water heater, heater, stove, oven
Clean the inside, top to bottom – wipe those walls down too
Clean the kitchenware and Keurig
Check the regular RV maintenance side of things, cracks on roof, tires, etc.
Lube the key locks
Check windows and doors, make sure in good condition and not leaking
Level and stabilize the rv
Hook up the sewer connection, leave gray tank open and black tank closed
Hook up the fresh water connection and turn on
Put tank deodorizer in the toilet to keep the black tank fresh
When is the work described in the service level to be done and when is it not to be done?
In the Spring before opening the campground, hopefully after the last snow.
Who is to do it?
Maintenance, Housekeeping, Management
