Service Level- Maintenance
Why is the work described in the service level needed?
To provide a consistent level of cleanliness and preparedness for Spacious Skies Guest’s across the collection.
What is to be done?
Using the Arrival’s List Report from Campspot, visually and physically check each RV, Tent, and Accommodation that is checking in that day. Look at the site as if you were the guest arriving. *This can be done in conjunction with the Departure Site Check.docx
Operation Standards
How will the work described in the service level be done?
After checkout time-ensure the spot is vacant and ready for occupancy. Pick up any micro trash, blow leaves and/or trim grass if necessary. If the site is concrete or has a patio area, use a leaf blower to blow off any dirt or debris on pad and seating area. Visually inspect seating surfaces and wipe or blow off if necessary.
When is the work described in the service level to be done and when is it not to be done?
Every day The Campground is open during the operating season that there are Guest Arrival’s.

Maintenance staff.
