Operation Standards
How will the work described in the service level be done?
Gather tools necessary to complete the job: Small flat nosed shovel, metal ash can, grill brush, leaf blower and string trimmer if necessary, clipboard with departure’s list, pen.
For RV and Tent Sites: Pick up any micro trash or debris left on the site. Using the shovel and metal ash can, scoop out any loose ash and material left in the firepit. (DO NOT put hot ash or coals in dumpster’s, check with your GM for campground specific disposal of hot ashes.) If the site has a Grill, use the shovel to remove leftover charcoal from the bottom and use the grill brush to scrape the grill grate. Ensure all breakers are turned off at the pedestal, brush away any dirt, debris, or insect nests on the pedestal. Ensure the water spigot is turned off all the way and is not leaking. Use the string trimmer to trim any weeds or grass at the site. If the site has a concrete parking surface or hard surface patio area, use the leaf blower to blow off parking and seating areas of any debris. Note and report any damage to utility infrastructure or amenities (picnic table, fire ring, etc.) to your GM.
For Accommodations: Same as above for RV and Tent Sites, but don’t turn off or disconnect utilities. Use the leaf blower to blow off any deck’s or patio’s and any seating and dining surfaces. If the accommodation has a propane grill, check the propane level and refill or replace if necessary, and use the grill brush to clean the cooking grates.
