Birdeye is a powerful tool that helps us engage with campers, manage reviews, and showcase real-time campground experiences on social media. To maximize our presence, we need you to post on-the-ground content 1-2 times per week.

πΉ Camper Care will monitor and respond to most social media comments and direct messages. If necessary, we will assign inquiries to the General Manager (GM) or Regional Director (RD) for further follow-up.
πΉ Reviews will be handled by HQ. However, if a review requires specific input from your location, we may reach out for additional details.
πΉ Use the Reporting Tab in Birdeye to track engagement, responses, and any trends you notice in camper feedback.
