Operation Standards
How will the work described in the service level be done?
The maintenance team will complete the cleaning, ideally in the morning or on an overcast day when the sun isn’t at it’s peak. This will ensure that the cleaning can be completed before the detergents “bake” into the surface of the pillow.
Wash your pillow with a light detergent with an anti-bacterial cleaner in the soap. The process is as follows, inflate your pillow and take a soft bristle brush or broom and start with the middle panel. Once you clean a panel, it is important to hose down that panel and remove the soap, do not allow the soap to dry on the pillow surface.
When is the work described in the service level to be done and when is it not to be done?
This should be done monthly during camping season beginning with the opening week of your Jump Pillow and the last cleaning of the season should be right before it is closed for the winter.

Operation Standards
How will the work described in the service level be done?
Each Jumping Pillow should have a timer installed on the compressor to ensure that it is automatically inflating at 9 AM and deflating at dusk.
Jumping Pillows should always be turned off manually when it is raining, snowing, hailing, lightening, etc.
Jumping Pillows should remain deflated when the ground is especially saturated until the ground water recedes a bit. Too much groundwater will cause the pillow to float.
When is the work described in the service level to be done and when is it not to be done?

During times of inclement weather
