Establish a high standard of accountability and consistency when applying employee discounts to purchases and reservations.

Ensure that all applied employee discounts are approved and applied in accordance with SSC standards and guidelines.
Operation Standards
How will the work described in the service level be done?
No employee shall process a sales transaction for themselves, all employee purchases shall be processed by the General Manager or authorized front desk personnel.
Employee Discounts may only be applied when they meet the requirements of SSC standards and guidelines as prescribed in the employee handbook or at the instruction of the General Manager.
POS-Ring up all POS items, on receipt side, click the discount button and add 30%. A discount will be applied to the total, and payment can be collected.
Campspot Reservation-make a reservation as normal and select the Employee Discount (30%) from the discount drop down. Collect payment as you would normally.
When is the work described in the service level to be done and when is it not to be done?
During regular business hours, not during peak check-in time.

All SSC Employees.
