Communication Flow
General Managers
Manage and make decisions within their approval level
Escalate all questions and requests to the RM's that are outside of their approval level
Please do not go directly inbound to HQ or the DOO without your RM's direction
If an RM directs a GM to escalate, RM should always be copied.
Regional Managers
Supports the GM's by providing timely responses/approvals (within their level) to GM's
Escalate all questions and requests above their approval level to the DOO
Will work closely with HQ as needed to lend the proper support to the field.
Will always copy the GM on escalation emails so that a decision can be communicated with a "reply to all"
DOO
Supports the RM's and GM's by providing timely responses/approvals to the RM's and GM's
Escalates all questions and requests above their approval level to the CEO
Will always copy the RM on escalation emails so that the decision can be communicated with a "reply to all"
Will work closely with HQ as needed to garner quick responses.
HQ Team Members
We are all here to support the field.
Please begin with the RM's when making requests of the GM's
RM's should be copied on all requests to the field
All operations directives or process changes should flow through the DOO for implementation.
